At each O’Leary’s location, we employ master certified technicians who oversee the shop and all services. These top-tier mechanics lead the crews of mechanics at each shop.

Experience – Over 100 Years Combined Experience

Our service managers and mechanics have more than 100 years of experience combined. In addition to their industry education, our management-level mechanics have 10 to 15 years or more of auto repair experience. As service managers, they help other mechanics on their crews who are seeking master certifications. On-the-job experience is critical for all mechanics. While formal education lays the foundation for their work, field experience gives them exposure to real-world situations that can’t be replicated in the classroom.

Certifications – Automobile Service Excellence Certification

Our head mechanics all have an Automobile Service Excellence (ASE) certification from the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence, which also is commonly referred to ASE.

ASE is a nonprofit organization that works to enhance the level of quality motor vehicle repairs and services available to customers by certifying and testing auto repair and auto service professionals. ASE certifications are a major component in highlighting our mechanics’ expertise and value to our customers.
